Comfortable room, but we were locked out early without warning.

It was quiet and conveniently located

The variety of breakfast foods was fine, but the coffee wasn't good and hot!

You used to have smoking rooms, I don't smoke but my husband does. He looks at it as discimination. He did notice you let a dog with fleas stay in rooms but he could not smoke.We have stayed there several times in the past but not sure I can get him to go again

Dirty bathroom.

The stay included a comfortable bed and a good selection during breakfast, including decent coffee. The carpet had an unpleasant odor and needed a thorough shampooing. Being placed in room 211, right by the ice machine, led to disturbances throughout the night. Noise from a toddler running in the room above was bothersome for over 45 minutes, affecting the overall peace of the stay.

I liked the breakfast and also the fact that I could still get a smoking room. My stay was very enjoyable!

Family with kids deserves better

Had some really friendly staff interactions, the lady at breakfast really stood out, she was cheerful and kept everything stocked so everyone was fed. The room was clean enough and a comfy bed.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still worked out just fine.

It was just a perfect match for a brief visit in Gloucester with decent value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the hotel's issues, made our stay a bit easier. Just check the air conditioning before settling in to avoid discomfort.

In my wife's opinion, having more towels available would improve our stay. We only had two towels for our family, made things tricky.

I loved the comfy bed and the unexpected corned beef hash at breakfast! However, the place did need better towels. I'd definitely stay here again.

Had a nice stay here with comfortable beds and a well-kept bathroom. The seasonal outdoor pool and cozy leisure room were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. Just a heads-up, we had a small hiccup getting back into our room after checkout time, but it didn’t overshadow our overall experience. 😊
